Contact
Email support@grantauth.com with the affected provider, approximate time, and a description of what you expected. Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, Grant agent tokens, private keys, or recovery codes.
Access problems
First revoke the affected Grant agent from the dashboard. If a provider credential may be exposed, also revoke Grant in that provider's application or authorization settings. Include the relevant Grant audit-event time in your support request, not the credential itself.
Security reports
Use the subject line Security reportand describe the minimum steps needed to reproduce the issue. Do not access another user's data, perform destructive provider actions, or include live secrets in the report.
Open beta
Grant is in open beta. Connector behavior can change when providers change their APIs or permission models. Check the dashboard audit log and provider authorization page when diagnosing a denied or missing capability.
